Slouch Couch 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Slouch Couch. If you don’t, no hard feelings.

You’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if it’s a keeper. If it’s not working out, here’s how returns work:

Eligibility:

• Item must be clean, unused, and in original condition
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (like your order number) is required

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at help@getslouchy.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
3. Once we receive your item and confirm it’s in returnable condition, we’ll process your refund

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• Return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or we messed up
