Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, sales, or pre-orders), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we get your Slouch Couch ready for its journey.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will ship during the timeframe listed on the product page at checkout.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise noted

Estimated ship windows are not guaranteed dates, but we always work to ship as early as possible

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Slouch Couch is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error right after placing your order, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping provider.

If your package shows as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate and find a solution
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
